DAY 1 (Ayodhaya)

Receive a warm morning or afternoon welcome upon your arrival at Ayodhaya Railway Station or Airport, where our tour representative will assist you seamlessly to your pre-arranged hotel. Upon reaching Ayodhya, check-in at the hotel, and in the evening, explore the local market on foot. Enjoy an overnight stay in Ayodhya.

Bid farewell to your hotel in the morning or afternoon as you check out. Our attentive team will assist you in a seamless transfer to Ayodhaya Railway Station or Airport for your onward journey. (4) To ensure smooth services, the Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies, or any other similar situation.

(5) The package will not be considered booked until the advance amount has not been received by us.

(6) Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of the invoice issuance date.

(7) Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.

(8) To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgrades.

(9) Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.

Cancellation Policy:

(1) All the cancellations must be communicated in writing.

(2) The token amount is non-refundable in any case.

(3) Cancellations made 15 Days prior to the travel date will attract cancellation charges.

(4) Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.

(5) 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of the travel date or

(6) No show scenarios.

(7) No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.

(8) Bharat Booking Holidays has the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.

(9) In case, clients are suspected of indulging in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Day 1 - Arrival Varanasi

Today arrival at Varanasi Airport, meet our company representative and transfer to hotel for check in. Later proceed to visit Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple and evening Ganga Aarti. Back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Varanasi.

Day 2 - Varanasi City Tour & Departure

Early morning boat ride in the Hoi river Ganga, back to hotel for breakfast after breakfast proceed to sightseeing of Varanasi visit Sankat Mochan Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple, Hanuman Temple, Birla Temple, Banaras Hindu University and local markets of Varanasi. Later transfer to Varanasi airport to board the flight for onward destination.

If you Cancel your Holiday

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below :

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
If you want to change your holiday plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint
If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

Markandey Mahadev Mandir (मार्कंडेय महादेव मंदिर) is located in Kaithi Village, Approx. 30 Kilometers from Varanasi City, Uttar Pradesh. One of the most famous Markandey Mandir and has great Historical importance in Hinduism. Lord Shiva is totally dedicated to this temple.

DAY 1 (Varanasi)

Upon arrival at Varanasi Airport/Railway Station, our representative will meet you and transfer to your hotel. After freshen up, drive out for the Temple Tour – visit New Vishwanath Temple also known as Birla Temple located in Banaras Hindu University, Sankat Mochan Temple, Durga Temple and Tulsi Manas Mandir. Later you will be driven to the bank of the River Ganga to witness the Blissfull World Famous Heart Touching Ganga Aarti. Before Ganga Aarti, you will enjoy the Boat Ride and visit some important and historical ghats and finally reach Dashashwamedh Ghat to watch the Ganga Aarti from the Boat. After breakfast visit to Sarnath is the place where Lord Buddha preached first sermon after enlightenment, visit Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Jain Temple, Buddha Temple, Sarnath Museum, Ashok Pillar, Deer Park. Then move to Ramnagar Fort, Palace of King of Varanasi. In evening visit Silk Weaving centre heart of Varanasi product then back to hotel. Overnight stay at Varanasi.

Have a healthy breakfast at the hotel and complete the hotel check-out process and embark on a journey to explore various significant attractions in Ayodhya. Begin with a visit to the serene Saryu River, followed by stops at Hanuman Garhi, Ram Janam Bhumi, Kanak Bhawan, Ramkot, Swarg Dwar, Mani Parbat, Sugriv Parbat, Treta Ke Thakur, and the Nageswarnath Temple. DAY 4 (Prayagraj)

Upon arrival at Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport in Varanasi, you will be greeted with a pick-up service and transferred to your hotel in Ayodhya. Vindhyachal Temple, also known as Maa Vindhyavasini Temple and Vindhyachal Dham, is a Hindu temple dedicated to the mother goddess Vindhyavasini, situated on the bank of river Ganga at Vindhyachal in Mirzapur district, Uttar Pradesh. It is one of the Shakti Pitha temples in India.

The temple has been mentioned in Durga Saptashati. It is written that the goddess Durga was born from the womb of Yashoda on the same night as Krishna was born. When Kansa (King of Mathura) tried killing the baby by smashing her body to a stone, she miraculously went away from his grip and turned into the divine form of the goddess.

Accessibility

Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport, Varanasi, is the nearest airport to the Vindhyachal Temple, which is approximately 72 km away. Vindhyachal railway station (BDL) is the nearest railway station on the Delhi-Howrah and Mumbai-Howrah routes. It is about 1 km from the temple. One can also reach the temple from Mirzapur railway station (MZP), approximately 9 km from the temple. Vindhya corridor

The chief minister, Yogi Adityanath's government, has proposed the construction of the Vindhya Corridor, modeled after the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor. The corridor is being built around Vindhyachal Temple at an estimated cost of ₹224 crores to facilitate pilgrimage. The corridor is being built using pink stones of Ahraura that Jaipur, Rajasthan, and artisans have expertly crafted. Maa Vindhyavasini corridor project is aimed at beautifying Maa Vindhyavasini Temple, creating a 50 ft wide space for the 'parikrama' route and creating world-class facilities for the pilgrims. After the corridor's construction, Maa Vindhyavasini Temple would be visible from the bank of the Ganga.
