DAY 1 ( Ayodhaya )

Upon arrival at Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport in Varanasi, you will be greeted with a pick-up service and transferred to your hotel in Ayodhya. After check-in, embark on a local sightseeing tour. Later you will be escort back to hotel and have a some rest. Later have a dinner and enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 2 ( Ayodhaya )

Have a healthy breakfast at the hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Ayodhya Local Sightseeing. Set out to explore key attractions in Ayodhya, including the Saryu River, Hanuman Garhi, Ram Janam Bhumi, Kanak Bhawan, Ramkot, Swarg Dwar, Mani Parbat, Sugriv Parbat, Treta Ke Thakur, and Nageswarnath Temple. Later, check in to your hotel for an overnight stay in Ayodhya.

DAY 3 ( Varanasi )

Begin your journey to Varanasi after breakfast. In the evening, prepare to witness the captivating and iconic "Ganga Aarti," a stunning ceremony held daily on the banks of the river Ganga. Enjoy some leisure time at the Ganga Ghats before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 4 (Varanasi )

Early morning visit Ganga Ji for holy dips and Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, Vishalakshi Temple & Kaal Bhairav Darshan. After breakfast visit to Sarnath is the place where Lord Buddha preached first sermon after enlightenment, visit Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Jain Temple, Buddha Temple, Sarnath Museum, Ashok Pillar, Deer Park. Then move to Ramnagar Fort, Palace of King of Varanasi. In evening visit Silk Weaving centre heart of Varanasi product then back to hotel. Overnight stay at Varanasi.

DAY 5 ( Varanasi )

Have a healthy breakfast at the hotel of Varanasi and then check out from the hotel. Today you will be transferred to Varanasi Airport/Railway station for your onward journey to your next destination, carrying with you fond memories of your stay from the trip of Varanasi Ayodhya Tour Package.

Tour Inclusions:

• Accommodation for 4 adults in 2 double bedrooms as stated in Package Price Column (Base category).
• Taxes & Expenditures Included: Parking, Toll Tax, Luxury Tax, Fuel Exp. and Driver Exp
• All transfers and sightseeing by Individual Sedan Car.
• MAP Meal Plan – 4 Breakfasts & 4 Dinners (Same as number of nights).

Tour Exclusions:

• Monument Entrance Fees & Camera Fees.
• Any Extra services - Permits, sightseeing, Heater, Meals etc. .
• 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
• Flights, Trains, Ferries etc.
• Any personal expenses/specifications not mentioned above

Package Policy & Terms:

(1) All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.

(2) Guests are requested to have every discussion in writing as verbal communications will not be entertained.

(3) The packages offered by Bharat Booking Holidays can be customized according to guest’s wishes.

(4) To ensure smooth services, the Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies, or any other similar situation.

(5) The package will not be considered booked until the advance amount has not been received by us.

(6) Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of the invoice issuance date.

(7) Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.

(8) To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgrades.

(9) Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.

Cancellation Policy:

(1) All the cancellations must be communicated in writing.

(2) The token amount is non-refundable in any case.

(3) Cancellations made 15 Days prior to the travel date will attract cancellation charges.

(4) Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.

(5) 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of the travel date or

(6) No show scenarios.

(7) No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.

(8) Bharat Booking Holidays has the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.

(9) In case, clients are suspected of indulging in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
